We loved the large veranda overlooking the canal, the use of the kitchen and sitting room, and the convenience of a nearby supermarket. The host made us feel at home and the breakfast was fantastic. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the water station and beach. Having the freedom of the house and the ability to do laundry was a bonus.
Was all great.

A Terrific Garden View: From the comfort of my room, I was greeted by a mesmerizing garden view that made me feel like I was in a lush oasis. It was like having my own private botanical garden right outside my window.

Lovely terrace with garden views, and the waterbus ride to Venice was only an hour, giving me ample time to reflect on my busy social calendar. Free parking nearby was a delightful bonus.
Such a shame that my room was only a few feet away from the waterborne stop - who needs a peaceful night's sleep anyway?

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The B&B had so much character, located just a short distance from the car ferry and bus stop. It was peaceful and quiet, yet only a short boat ride away from the main attractions. The terrace overlooking the canal was the perfect place to relax and enjoy dinner. The amenities were great, including everything we needed for cooking. We loved being near supermarkets and beaches. The breakfast was fair for the price and the shared spaces were incredible. Our room was in excellent condition and we were lucky to have an ensuite bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and we slept great both nights. The host's kindness and customer service was outstanding. We can't wait to come back!

I recently stayed at B & B Livia Oliva for 3 nights during my visit to Venice. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the Lido boat stop and close to a supermarket. The breakfast provided great value for money with a variety of options available. The shared bathroom was clean and not a problem at all. I also appreciated the luggage storage available on my last day. The cozy and comfortable rooms, along with the welcoming hostess Livia, made my stay enjoyable. She even helped me out when I had a check out date mix-up. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Lido.
I do recommend this hotel.

The room had a cozy vibe with a lovely garden view, and I enjoyed watching shows on the flat-screen TV while sipping tea from the electric kettle. It felt like home away from home.
I personally preferred having a private bathroom, but I can see why some guests might still find the shared bathroom arrangement perfectly fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy B&B. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the water station and a quick stroll to the beach. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fridge, wardrobes, and a private shower. We also had access to the kitchen, sitting room, and best of all, a large veranda that overlooked a beautiful canal. It was so relaxing to enjoy breakfast and snacks out there with a glass of wine. Another plus was being able to wash and dry my basketball gear.
The atmosphere was very laid back and we felt at home during our entire five-night stay. Cons: Nothing to fault!

Our stay at B & B Livia Oliva was delightful. The location on Lido di Venezia provided a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Venice. The owner, Livia, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with helpful information about the area. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with fridges and kettles available for guest use. We also enjoyed the balcony overlooking a charming canal. The breakfast, although simple, was a great start to the day. we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer nights. Additionally, the shared bathroom in our first room was a bit frustrating.

We had a blast exploring Venice and Lido di Venezia with our friends. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away, and the area was super chill and relaxed. The hostess, Livia, was really cool and made us feel at home. The breakfast she served every morning was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for our adventures. We can't wait to go back!
The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for young party-goers. While Lido di Venezia was great for relaxation and beach activities, it was a bit quiet in terms of nightlife.

A romantic escape in a peaceful location with easy access to Venice. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of a canal. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious and filling. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the local area.
The lack of air conditioning made the nights uncomfortable, especially in warmer months. The bathroom was small, and the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent.

This B&B offers a comfortable stay with a variety of breakfast options served by the friendly hostess. The location is perfect, as it's easy to get to from the main Venice island and is near the sea. The Lido buses and water buses provide convenient transportation to the main island. The rooms are clean and the hostess ensures daily cleaning of the room and bathroom. The secure building and calm surroundings make for a peaceful stay.
The lack of a mosquito screen on the windows could be a drawback for some guests.
